∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Strong technical skill and trouble shooting expertise required
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure (pro-active attitude).
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have practical knowledge about repairing and maintenance of sewing machine,
∎ Factory machines are to be serviced according the preventive maintenance calendar,
∎ Everyday 8-10 set sewing machines are to be serviced from each sewing floor,
∎ Make sure all machines are running without effecting of production with minimum downtime,
∎ Make sure to arrange the machinery according to layouts provide by IE,
∎ Make sure all critical machines set up are ready before line feeding,
∎ Ensure working area properly housekeeping like as 5S,
∎ Lead-motivate-train and appraise subordinates,
∎ Follow-up the supervisors and mechanics daily routine & their work action,
∎ Participation to PP meeting to identify the risk of all new style,
∎ Ensure compliance with Epyllion Group policies buyer requirements and laws of the land,
∎ Drive KAIZAN culture.
