∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): API Integration, Call Center Solution, CRM, Data Network, KYC management, MySQL and MSSQL, Omni Channel Communication, VMware vSphere environment, Voice Network
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure continuous support for the CS solution system & maintenance activity while providing solution troubleshooting and vendor escalation
∎ Provide technical operation of customer service-related solutions i.e., Call Center solutions, CRM, KYC management, Omnichannel, queue management & other CS solutions
∎ Ability to perform API integration for various solutions, middleware & core systems.
∎ Exhibit capabilities to use various applications, OS, DB & Avaya Call Center components
∎ Monitor System functionality checking, monitoring, testing, debugging & performance tuning
∎ Maintain effective communication and negotiations with local and global stakeholders / vendors / partners
∎ Coordinate with the cross-functional team within product & technology for new solutions and CR implementation
∎ Ability to measure and maintain compliance, quality control, IT security, design optimization, solution scalability, service enhancement, and risk management through the solution and CR deployment

∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Facilitate and comply with business requirement on time
∎ Ensuring integration & project implementation
∎ Reach time to market through effective effort
∎ Ensuring service availability, release management & quality of service
∎ On-time completing day-to-day operational tasks
