API Integration, Call Center, CRM, MSSQL, MySQL, VMware
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center, Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 24/7 support for CS solution operational & maintenance activity
∎ L1 & L2 troubleshooting & vendor escalation
∎ Call Center solution core operation
∎ CIMT, KMS, Omnichannel & other CS solution operation
∎ API integration ability with new solution implementation
∎ Working capability to use the various application, DB & Avaya Call Center components
∎ System functionality checking, monitoring, testing, debugging & performance tuning
∎ Data & report sharing to stakeholders
∎ Effective negotiation with global and local vendors/partners.
∎ Coordination with the cross-functional team in product & technology for CR and new solution implementation
∎ Risk management, CR deployment & Quality Control
∎ New & upcoming project implementation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Data and Voice network
∎ Sound knowledge of API communication & integration
∎ Avaya Call Center Enterprise solutions components
∎ Avaya Site Administration, One-X Communicator
∎ Telecommunication device and network
∎ Skilled in CRM, KYC & Omnichannel communication
∎ Database MySQL, MSSQL
∎ Experience on VMware vSphere environment
