IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication, Investment/Merchant Banking
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, configure System Infrastructure example Server, Storages, Databases, Clusters
∎ Manage and administration of System Devices and various Operating Systems Troubleshoot, Log Analysis, investigation, performance and fault analysis,
∎ Hardware maintenance and replacement
∎ Infrastructure monitoring, response, verify integrity and resolution
∎ Requirement analysis and solution-oriented mindset
∎ Project deliverables, system integration, and support
∎ Develop scripts and solutions for infrastructure automation
∎ Problem-solving and Cross-functional stakeholder support.
∎ Infrastructure inventory, associated agreement, SLA, AMC, etc.
∎ Documentation, reporting
∎ 24/7 support for operations and maintenance activity
∎ Communication and coordination with Global and local vendors/partners
∎ Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge and hands-on working experience in Telecommunications and Internet Technologies
∎ Familiarity with Unix Operating systems (Solaris, RHEL, CentOS, Suse, Debian, Windows Server)
∎ Sound Knowledge of Virtualization (VMWare, Oracle Virtual Machines), Application servers (Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, Node.js Express, Nginx, IIS), Hardware Platforms and management (Oracle/Dell/HP, etc)
∎ Strong Network knowledge
∎ Basic Storage and database knowledge
∎ Strong script/coding skills on bash/Perl/python
∎ Excellent knowledge of Documentation, presentation, organization, and prioritization skills
∎ OEM Certification preferred
∎ Quick learner, Detail-oriented, Demonstrable a thoroughness and strong ownership of work
∎ Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others.
∎ Able to prioritize in a fast-moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment
∎ High sense of urgency with ability to adapt to new responsibilities
