Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support relevant research studies
∎ Assist in developing understanding of use cases and user experience
∎ Outline and prioritize feature specs and work with the solution/development team to see them through to deployment
∎ Collaborating with designers and engineers to develop user experiences around new features and solve problems Work with the solution provider to test and bug hunt new features before release
∎ Support document preparation for stakeholders
∎ Define and use data-driven analysis to identify and fill product gaps
∎ Support Day to day product monitoring
∎ Assist in partner & vendor management
∎ Ensure on demand product support

Salary: Negotiable
