Job Context:
∎ The position is responsible to operate bKash network infrastructure, keeping network services uptime to support bKash core services operational & achieving business goals & objectives and providing Level-2 & 3 support and troubleshooting and notice to the supervisor also resolving issues as per SOP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operating Networks & service provision based on business forecast and demand
∎ Managing Identify & address sensitive issues to a higher level and taking ownership of critical technical issues resolution
∎ Adapting new technology and enhancing network security also be cost-effective and the reuse of existing devices as appropriate
∎ Performing other duties as assigned and required for business
∎ Implementing, integrating, and evaluating enhanced new technologies into the existing IT environment
∎ Managing configuration and maintaining IP network elements and technology platforms (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, wireless, servers, etc) and introduction of new technology platforms and services into production Network
∎ Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for incident response handling
∎ Ensuring to resolve the ME ticket request and avoiding the SLA violation (KPI indicator)
∎ Planning, Monitoring & Supervising LAN/WAN/WLAN connectivity, bKash DC, Corporate Office, Call Center Network & Regional offices network
∎ Imposing IT network & security governance for daily operational activities & improvement on user experience & network performance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 31 years
∎ Good network operations & diagnostic skills
∎ Capable of multi-tasking, good time management, and prioritization of workload
∎ Experience in IP Routing, data center network operations, and maintenance is preferred
∎ Certified CCNA/CCNP will get preference
∎ Relevant technical training will be added value
∎
∎ Manage and administrative site to site VPN and user's VPN
∎ Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
∎ Experienced in IP routing, switching, VPN, Cisco SDN platform, ISE, WLC, DNAC, firewall configuration and Management (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, CISCO FTD), Python Scripting, Linux Server configuration (Smokeping, NFS, Proxy, DHCP, Tacacs, Cacti, Rancid, OpenNMS)
∎ Self-motivated
∎ Demonstrated ability to solve problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovations
∎ Strong team player with the ability to influence/develop/maintain relationships with internal/external contacts
