Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in related field.
• Experienced in construction/MEP coordination (Metro Rail).
• Experienced dealing with MEP subcontractors and subcontractors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering field.
• Thorough knowledge of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low-voltage systems.
• Post-Graduation Degree or any certification in relevant field will be an added advantage.
• General knowledge of construction principles/practices required.
• Up to mark Email & Verbal Communication.
• General understanding of Building Codes, Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes and Plumbing Codes as they relate to construction.
• Proficient in the use of BIM software such as AutoCAD and Revit preferred.
• Depending on the performance, resource may transfer to any international regional office of the company.

• Perform Electrical/Systems quality inspections continuously during construction.

• Issue Electrical/Systems deviation tickets to enforce quality whenever appropriate.

• Enforce Electrical/Systems permit related quality requirements/expectations.

• Plan Electrical/Systems work activities in advance to ensure same are performed on or ahead of required schedule dates.

• Issue Field Directives to Electrical/Systems Subcontractors.

• Overall project direction, completion and financial outcome and administers both the owner and subcontractor relationships for assigned projects.

• Will be responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff.

• The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.

• Answer Electrical/Systems Subcontractor field inquiries & manage them throughout duration of the project.

• Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed.
