Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Database System and Administration
∎ Regular operation, housekeep, and maintenance.
∎ Diagnosis database error, Troubleshoot, Log analysis, and investigation
∎ Database monitoring, response, verify integrity, and resolution
∎ Database Security and audit support, performance and optimization
∎ Ensure Database uptime, High availability, backup & recovery, database sync, disaster recovery.
∎ Requirement analysis and solution-oriented mindset
∎ Plan, design, and build the database to serve application demand.
∎ Project deliverables, system integration, and support
∎ Development, scripts, tuning, and solutions automation
∎ Problem-solving and cross-functional stakeholder support
∎ Documentation, reporting, SLA, AMC, etc
∎ 24/7 support for operations and maintenance mindset.
∎ Communication and coordination with Global and local vendors/partners
∎ Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge and hands-on working experience on RDBMS (Oracle/MySQL/MSSQL) and EM Control.
∎ Sound Knowledge of Oracle RAC, RMAN, NOSQL & Database monitoring
∎ Familiarity with Performance analysis, database, and SQL tuning
∎ Excellent knowledge of Network, Storage and Unix OS
∎ Strong script/coding skills on bash/Perl/python
∎ Knowledge of Documentation, presentation, organization, and prioritization skills.
∎ OEM Certification is preferred
