Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure continuous uptime of core platform systems, including Huawei virtualization, Linux/Unix OS, F5 ADC & WAF, Tyk API Gateway, Cloudflare (WAF), and other in-house and enterprise platforms.
∎ Lead incident investigation and perform L1/L2 troubleshooting, log analysis, performance evaluation, and fault diagnosis.
∎ Design, develop, and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient code integration, testing, and automated deployment.
∎ Deploy and manage platform patches, including OS, cluster, and virtualization updates.
∎ Install, configure, test, maintain, and administer servers, storage, clusters, and database systems across core and extended infrastructure.
∎ Maintain comprehensive documentation for system builds, infrastructure inventory, incident reports, and enhancement activities.
∎ Collaborate with vendors for support and escalation of core and extended platform systems.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure requirements and resolve complex technical challenges
