Job Responsibilities:

• In-Depth Student Consultation: Conduct comprehensive one-on-one counselling sessions to assess the student's academic history, standardised test scores (IELTS/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT), extracurricular activities, financial background, and long-term career aspirations.
• Course and University Matching: Provide clear, data-driven advice to students, meticulously matching their profile to the appropriate courses and universities across various global destinations (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia) to maximise the chances of admission and visa success.
• Admission Strategy Development: Develop personalised, clear-cut admission strategies, including selecting a balanced list of target, reach, and safety universities, and advising on the most strategic application deadlines.
• Document Review: Provide critical feedback on key application documents, including reviewing Statements of Purpose (SOPs), personal essays, and CVs to ensure they are compelling and tailored to the specific university and program requirements.
• Policy Expertise: Maintain up-to-date, comprehensive knowledge of admission criteria, tuition fees, scholarship opportunities, and program updates across the firm’s partner institutions and target countries.
• Conversion and Enrollment: Drive the final stages of the student journey by assisting with the acceptance of offers, guiding the tuition fee payment process, and ensuring the student is thoroughly prepared for the subsequent visa application stage.
