Job Context

The International Communication Executive is a pivotal link between the firm's counselors and its global network of educational institutions. This role is responsible for the successful execution of student admissions by ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely communication with universities and colleges worldwide. Beyond managing individual applications, a key function is Business-to-Business (B2B) channel development, which involves establishing, maintaining, and strengthening recruitment partnerships with university admissions and regional offices to secure better service agreements and increase the firm's standing as a preferred agent.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Student Admissions and Communication Management

  • Application Submission and Follow-up: Take ownership of student application files upon selection of courses/universities. Submit applications accurately and efficiently to institutions and diligently follow up on all correspondence regarding conditional offers, interviews, and final acceptance decisions.
  • Offer and Fee Management: Communicate official offer letters, scholarship details, and tuition fee deadlines clearly and promptly to the Senior Counselors and students, ensuring all enrollment conditions are met.
  • Query Resolution: Serve as the primary liaison for all university-related queries, troubleshooting complex admission issues, clarifying documentation requirements, and negotiating on behalf of the student when necessary.

 

B2B Channel Development and Partner Relations

  • Relationship Building: Proactively initiate and maintain strong, professional relationships with key contacts in university admissions, international offices, and agent management teams.
  • Contract and Compliance: Assist in onboarding new institutional partners by ensuring all agency agreements, commission structures, and compliance requirements are accurately processed and signed.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with partner universities to coordinate joint marketing efforts, manage the flow of promotional materials, and secure participation in local education fairs and seminars.

 

Knowledge and System Management

  • System Proficiency: Ensure all university-specific agent portals and submission systems are utilized correctly, and student data is accurately synchronized with the firm's internal CRM.
  • Knowledge Dissemination: Consolidate and circulate critical updates on new university programs, scholarship announcements, and application policy changes to the internal counseling team immediately upon receipt.
