Job Context
We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working, self -motivate carrier-oriented counselor who has a good command of English and good communication skills.
Responsibilities :
To consult with the students and guardians direct /over the phone/ virtually.
Assist in administering and executing official activities.
Creating and managing customers, maintain visitors database, and regular follow - up with them.
Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face-to-face.
Host seminars with prospective students regarding our promotions and services.
Receive and reply to emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements.
Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and CRM records.
