Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conducting consultations and academic assessments and knowledge of using portals
∎ Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
∎ Will be creating students' profile on university application portal
∎ Will coordinate with the counsellors and students to keep their information updated and advise on next moves;
∎ Must be comfortable with making cold calls and responding to queries from social media.
∎ Receive and validate documents from the students and initiate the application process in a fast and accurate manner.
∎ Throughout this process, maintain instant, good communication with the student and the counselling unit.
∎ Coordinate with the students to advise on their next course of actions in the entire application process.
∎ Document all office activities in a prompt and transparent manner.
∎ Continuously improving sales techniques and industry knowledge
∎ Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos, and Hansard seminars
∎ Researching potential organisations and markets for lead generation/partnerships
