∎ Guest and Visitor Management: Welcoming guests and visitors, assisting with inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
∎ Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, ensuring that messages are accurately relayed and that inquiries are addressed promptly.
∎ Appointment Scheduling: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meeting rooms.
∎ Administrative Support: Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
∎ Customer Service: Addressing and resolving issues or complaints from visitors or clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Security and Safety: Ensuring that security procedures are followed, such as checking visitor credentials and managing access to the building.
∎ Office Supplies: Managing inventory of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
∎ Coordination: Collaborating with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and ensure that any needs or issues are communicated and resolved effectively.
∎ Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of visitors, calls, and other relevant information.
∎ Problem-Solving: Handling unexpected situations or emergencies, and finding solutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
∎ Documentary: Maintaining accurate all documents of visitors, calls, and other relevant information.
