Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the organization, greeting and directing all visitors and clients professionally and courteously.

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including operating the switchboard, handling phone calls, screening emails, and managing postal mail.

  • Ensure maintain accurate visitor logs.

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings effectively.

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the management team as required.
