Administrative Support
Manage the Chairman calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Communication Management
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Chirman.
Draft letters, reports, and internal memos.
Travel & Event Coordination
Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the Chairman.
Organize events, conferences, or business meetings as needed.
Confidentiality & Discretion
Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive matters.
Handle personal and professional matters with tact and discretion.
Information & File Management
Organize and maintain documents, records, and files (both digital and physical).
Retrieve and present information quickly when required.
Liaison Role
Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate with department heads and staff on behalf of the MD.
Task & Project Follow-Up
Monitor progress of delegated tasks and projects.
Ensure deadlines are met and report back to the Chairman.
Time Management
Help the Chairman prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time.
Remind and prepare the Chairman for important meetings and deadlines.
Office Management Support (if applicable)
Assist in maintaining office supplies, arranging logistics, or supporting admin teams.
Personal Errands (if applicable)
Occasionally assist with personal tasks or errands, as required.
