Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Administrative Support

    • Manage the Chairman calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.

    • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

  2. Communication Management

    • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Chirman.

    • Draft letters, reports, and internal memos.

  3. Travel & Event Coordination

    • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the Chairman.

    • Organize events, conferences, or business meetings as needed.

  4. Confidentiality & Discretion

    • Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive matters.

    • Handle personal and professional matters with tact and discretion.

  5. Information & File Management

    • Organize and maintain documents, records, and files (both digital and physical).

    • Retrieve and present information quickly when required.

  6. Liaison Role

    • Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

    • Coordinate with department heads and staff on behalf of the MD.

  7. Task & Project Follow-Up

    • Monitor progress of delegated tasks and projects.

    • Ensure deadlines are met and report back to the Chairman.

  8. Time Management

    • Help the Chairman prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time.

    • Remind and prepare the Chairman for important meetings and deadlines.

  9. Office Management Support (if applicable)

    • Assist in maintaining office supplies, arranging logistics, or supporting admin teams.

  10. Personal Errands (if applicable)

  • Occasionally assist with personal tasks or errands, as required.
