Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Must follow office rules, including prohibition on personal mobile phone use during working hours unless permitted in emergencies.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests professionally.

  2. Manage front office operations and maintain an organized reception area.

  3. Receive, record, and dispatch letters, messages, passports, and other official documents.

  4. Handle immigration-related documents, including GAMCA medical reports, Police Clearance Certificates (PC), and other related documents.

  5. Maintain accurate records of all received documents and correspondence.

  6. Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and transfer them to the appropriate departments.

  7. Maintain updated contact lists and office records.

  8. Ensure the smooth functioning of office systems, including Smart ERP software, intercom, PABX, and internet.

  9. Follow office security and safety procedures.

  10. Circulate instructions and information as required.

  11. Assist management with other administrative tasks as assigned
