Job Context:
∎ Job-Location: Head Office/ Chattogram Branch /Uttara Branch/Narayanganj Branch/ Keranigonj Branch
∎ Others:
∎ The position is contractual with a structured commission-based marketing job and extendable from time to time depending on performance and Company`s policy.
∎ Compensation package will be based on fixed salary plus commission on target.
∎ Candidates of this position are requested to specify the location (branch) as mentioned above where they intend to join.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selling of company's financial liability products and supervising Deposit Associate Team to achieve challenging sales targets.
∎ Managing and coordination of sales and service-related activities.
∎ Formulate target for self as well as team.
∎ Undertake major initiatives to achieve set target.
∎ Achieve individual and team annual sales target.
∎ Looking for new opportunities.
∎ Ensure proper documentation.
∎ Ensure collection of all authentic documents from the respective clients
∎ Work closely with liability marketing functions in the company to improve overall deposit collection.
∎ Communicate with existing and potential customers for sales opportunities and help organize sales promotions.
∎ Ensure compliance for preventing money laundering.
∎ Lead team members towards achievement of the target set by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the relevant field is mandatory for this post.
∎ Excellent communication skills with salesmanship aptitude.
∎ Pro-active, ability to work under pressure, strong willingness for visit to different places & clients and willingness to accept challenges.
∎ Computer skill is a must.
∎ Product / Business knowledge.
