• Bachelor / Honours without having no 3rd class/division or equivalent CGPA in any examination.

• Proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft Office and online platforms.

• Highly motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented mindset.

• Strong customer-centric attitude.

• Dedicated, career-focused, and capable of working under pressure.

• Self-motivated and disciplined.

Experience Required:

• For BDO: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or in any financial institution (preferable).

• For SBDO: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or in any financial institution (preferable).

• However, fresh graduates may also apply.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client acquisition and relationship management.

• Achieve monthly/periodic sales targets.

• Promote Midland Bank’s deposit products and banking services to potential and existing clients.

• Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.

• Prepare regular visit plans and identify prospective customers from the target market.

• Adhere to internal policies, guidelines, and procedures.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement.

• Resolve customer queries/issues and deliver prompt service.

• Maintain periodic sales reports, including daily activities, follow-ups, and call logs.
