Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field. 

• 3 to 6 years

Job Responsibilities 

• Work closely with US clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements. 

• Document requirements through BRD, SRS, User Stories, and process flows. 

• Manage the product backlog and prioritize requirements based on business value and urgency. 

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure product features align with business needs. 

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interface specifications as needed. 

• Prepare and maintain product documentation, including user manuals and training materials. 

• Assist the QA team in understanding functional scope and reviewing test cases. 

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demo sessions. 

• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for change requests. 

• Provide training to end clients after each product release or delivery. 

• Generate new feature ideas and improvement suggestions for existing applications, and present them to stakeholders. 

Additional Requirements 

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies 

• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira and Confluence 

• Good working knowledge of Figma for wireframing and UI collaboration 

• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and technical workflows 

• Familiarity with BPMN for modeling business processes 

• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills 

• Experience working with SaaS products is a plus 

• Must be fluent in English, as the role involves regular communication with US-based clients 

• Must be highly skilled in using AI tools to enhance productivity, documentation, research, and solution design 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
