Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with US clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Document requirements through BRD, SRS, User Stories, and process flows.
Manage the product backlog and prioritize requirements based on business value and urgency.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure product features align with business needs.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interface specifications as needed.
Prepare and maintain product documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
Assist the QA team in understanding functional scope and reviewing test cases.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demo sessions.
Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for change requests.
Provide training to end clients after each product release or delivery.
Generate new feature ideas and improvement suggestions for existing applications, and present them to stakeholders.
Additional Requirements
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
Good working knowledge of Figma for wireframing and UI collaboration
Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and technical workflows
Familiarity with BPMN for modeling business processes
Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
Experience working with SaaS products is a plus
Must be fluent in English, as the role involves regular communication with US-based clients
Must be highly skilled in using AI tools to enhance productivity, documentation, research, and solution design
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
