∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in strengthening employee bonding & increase employee engagement levels by driving different employee relations activities.
∎ Ensure effective coordination and implementation aligning with HR business processes, and functions & monitoring HR projects and workflow.
∎ Focus on the needs of employees to enhance their satisfaction.
∎ Incorporate survey & feedback culture.
∎ Initiate Innovative activities to improve the overall working environment.
∎ Arranging different employee engagement activities within and outside the premises.
∎ Maintain effective relationships with internal participants and regulate befitting recognition programs.
∎ Assist to develop and implement communications, events, and engagement plans focused with the growth of employees.
∎ Support to prepare an action plan and coordination of a program and its activities
∎ Build affiliation and partnerships with Institutions, Corporate Offices, Clubs, Chambers, and relevant developmental agencies; promote marketing initiatives and events.
∎ Assist to manage campaigns from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting, of online and offline campaigns over the organization.
∎ Assist in developing HR strategy/policies on employee engagement aligning with business strategy and business model of all units; ensure right implementation of that strategy.
∎ Assist to developing, maintaining & monitoring personnel record systems (HRIS) in accordance with current legislation.
∎ Prepare different reports and analysis as required by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The candidate should have sufficient knowledge in labor law
∎ Good community engagement skills
∎ Good oral and written communication and presentation skills
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently & independently
∎ Multitasker, hardworking, team player, willing to learn, willing to work extra hours
