Experience:

• 5 to 12 years

• Candidate should be a dynamic professional having a Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) degree from any reputed public/private University with a good academic record.

• 5 to 12 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• 5-12 years’ experience in experience in related field, Real Estate Sector or Architectural Design

• Consultancy Firms with excellent professional records.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, construction techniques, and quality control processes.

• Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models to visualize concepts and designs.

• Flexibility to travel to different project locations, to work extended hours, including weekends, as project deadlines may require intensive time commitment.

• Thorough knowledge on Architectural design & drawing (Both Exterior & Interior Design).

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating knowledge of architectural visualization, graphic presentation, layout and composition.

• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm to find creative and innovative solutions to the assigned tasks, and ability to work in and foster a collaborative environment.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to integrate architectural plans into the overall project development process.

• Coordinate with external consultants, including structural engineers, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) engineers, and landscape architects, to ensure design coordination and integration.

• Monitor project progress, identify design-related issues or challenges, and provide timely solutions and recommendations to ensure successful project delivery.

• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Software Skills:

• Autodesk AutoCAD.

• SketchUP / 3DS Max or any relevant software.

• High-end 3D rendering/animation software like V-Ray, Lumion etc.

• Photoshop, Illustrator.

• Microsoft Office.

• Design, Drafting, 3D modelling and Visualization of Architectural projects.
• Exclusive Interior & Furniture design along with project supervision.
• Project Planning and Site design management with Clients and Workers.
• Select materials, furniture, and finishes that enhance the overall design and meet budget constraints.
• Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with detailed working drawing.
• Realistic 3D interior Modeling and rendering skill.
• Preparing detailed measurements, working drawings, interior designing and detailing layout plans, sections, elevations, and project plans.
• Prepare Exterior & Interior/ Architectural design concepts, plan, elevation, detail working drawing, 3D Visualization and cost estimation.
• Designing residential & commercial spaces, retail and office spaces, Strategic thinking to achieve the aims of the project safety/cost/time/quality/sustainability
• Oversee all phases of design and implementation to ensure the project meets high-quality standards.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals
