Job Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural projects from concept development to execution

• Develop detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and design documentation

• Prepare high-quality 2D & 3D visualizations and presentations

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards

• Conduct site visits and supervise project progress when required

• Review designs and guide junior architects and design team members

• Assist in BOQ preparation, project planning, and reporting

• Work closely with interior and engineering teams for integrated project delivery

Education:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university

• IAB Membership

Experience Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

• Exceptional talents will be able to negotiate salary beyond the maximum limits

Experience in the following business areas will be preferred:

• Architecture Firms

• Interior Design

• Engineering Firms

• Consulting Firms

• Real Estate

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar design software

• Strong design sense with attention to detail

• Leadership and team coordination skills

• Good communication and client management ability

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices
