Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring all work aligns with design standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing the project brief, conceptual design for various projects, and collaborating with team members to create the architectural designs and documents.

• Create 3D Models and renders using SketchUp, Auto CAD, 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray, Lumion, D5, Photoshop and other relevant software.

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers throughout project phases.

• Must have knowledge in Various Exterior and Interior materials, Construction process and BOQs.

• Conduct client meetings to discuss design requirements, progress, and feedback.

• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and quality control.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability principles.

• Any Other design-related duties assigned by Management.

Experience Requirements:

2 to 5 years of relevant experience

Experience in any of the following sectors will be preferred:

• Engineering Firms

• Consulting Firms

• Architecture Firms

• Real Estate

• Interior Design

Additional Requirements:

• A solid understanding of contemporary interior and exterior design concepts.

• The architect must possess strong capabilities in residential design, office design, resort design, retail shop design, restaurant design, and pavilion design, complete with detailed working drawings.

• Candidates should possess knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

• Strong Communication Skills, Good Planning and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
