∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead video productions (Animation, CGI, VFX etc.) from the frontline of all projects that comes from the business team
∎ Plan all projects from concept to delivery and ensure quality benchmarking
∎ Managing team and engaging with necessary stakeholder for executing particular projects
∎ Working on multiple projects concurrently, balancing time constraints whilst maintaining quality
∎ Encoding, converting and editing videos and graphical sequences
∎ Keeping abreast of new technologies and techniques to deliver cutting edge work
∎ Understanding brands and producing work of a suitable style
∎ Have deep expertise in animation, including technical mastery and impeccable craft.
∎ Help define and enforce studio standards and best practices.
∎ Participate in the planning for complex animation projects and shoots.
∎ Be comfortable in sharing projects and responsibilities with other animators.
∎ Excellent attention to detail, with awareness of areas to compromise for best overall results.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Kick-ass & Strong Adobe After Effects skills, ideally with demonstrable experience in motion graphics, character-rigging and animation
∎ Strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills
∎ Strong creative thinking, exhibiting various styles and techniques
∎ Ability to create high quality content from a constrained brief with short deadlines
∎ Good understanding of video footages, compression techniques and format requirements/constraints
∎ Efficiency in 3D Studio Max or Cinema 4D, including modelling, texturing and animation
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Premier skills or any other editing tools
∎ Efficiency in Adobe Audition or other sound editing tools will be a plus
∎ A solid creative background with extensive portfolio
∎ Experience with a variety of 3rd party motion graphic plugins (i.e. Trapcode Suite)
Salary: Tk. 70000 (Monthly)
