Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a "Senior Android Developer" who will be responsible for developing and/or designing android clients for our company.
∎ You will be working alongside a team of other developers in creating, maintaining, and updating the android clients for our audio streaming services. The team consists of managers, back-end developers, UI/UX experts, web, Android developers and QA.
∎ In order for you to succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient in Java & Android SDK and have solid knowledge and experience in programming applications.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and improving of android apps.
∎ Android app client designing, building and maintaining.
∎ Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
∎ Directing or performing Android Client updates.
∎ Maintaining an understanding of the latest Android applications and programming practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups.
∎ Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
∎ Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured.
∎ Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.
Additional Requirements:

∎ You are a positive thinking person with at least 3 years of commercial experience with Android.
∎ You have a good grasp of OOP, design patterns & software architecture.
∎ You are in touch with current mobile development trends, approaches, libraries and frameworks.
∎ You have automated testing experience (TDD or any other methodology).
∎ Having an eye on UI & UX.
∎ Solid ability in both written and verbal English language communication.
∎ Ability to thrive in an international environment.
∎ Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.
∎ High degree of independent judgment.
∎ Able to solve complex problems.
∎ Dedicated team player.
∎ Kotlin experience is a plus.
∎ Automation & continuous integration experience is a plus.
∎ Contributions to open source projects is a plus.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 120000 - 160000 (Monthly)
∎ Always there will be option for negotiation for out-standard candidates.
