∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular follow up of active base, churn & win back of bKash and App customers
∎ Analyze and take proactive actions for consistent customer growth through interventions
∎ Implement a roadmap to achieve business objectives
∎ Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely executions
∎ Monitor, track, and prepare report on interventions & campaigns with recommendation
∎ Develop and maintain a "learning repository"
∎ Discover the white spot to increase customer stickiness
∎ Assist supervisor to frame up roadmap & business initiatives
∎ Assist other business teams in achieving their goals
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Able to analyze critically of customer behavior
∎ Experience with MFS products & core system
∎ Able to understand and cater to customer needs
∎ Have a sound understanding of Operational Systems/Applications
∎ Strong interpersonal communication
∎ Ability to listen, understand and communicate appropriately when interacting with individuals/groups
∎ Self-starter, achievement motivation, and result orientation
∎ Aspired to set the standard of excellence
