Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline / Degree / HSC
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the security section of the Factory Premises.
∎ Should be capable to handle a large number of security forces of the factory.
∎ Should be capable of security allocation planning as per requirement.
∎ Oversee the duty of the guards at the security post and providing basic training.
∎ Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and Departments responsibility in an emergency
∎ Utilize CCTV and other surveillance systems to monitor the factory premises.
∎ Document and report security incidents, breaches, and violations to relevant authorities and management.
∎ Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed.
∎ Do check all the registers those are being maintained in the security posts.
∎ Respond to fire alarms-central control panel following emergency response procedures.
∎ Maintain motivation and discipline of the security staff.
∎ Protect company's assets and people from invasion and harm.
∎ Maintain security related documents for buyer's/ compliance audit.
∎ Any other job as and when required by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of security protocols, access control system and emergency response procedures.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skill with excellent leadership.
∎ Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high pressure situations.
∎ Candidate should have Management Proficiency, Surveillance Skills, Analyzing Information, Coordination, Reporting Skills, Dealing with Complexity.
∎ Should have minimum knowledge on Microsoft office applications.
∎ Practical experience in managing security related audit like SCAN/SCS/CTPAT.
∎ Must be a retired professional from a defense background, such as retired army person
