∎ Must have knowledge about security management, security monitoring & security surveillance.
∎ Candidates have to frequently visit & round various area in Hospital and monitor the overall security & Firefighting equipment.
∎ Must have knowledge of firefighting and fire rescue issues.
∎ Customer centric mentality.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors and staff within the hospital premises.
∎ Ensure presence of security guards at every shift, daily security attendance, briefing on duties and responsibilities, ensuring that guards are properly deployed where needed.
∎ Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms and other security systems to identify potential security threats and take appropriate actions as needed.
∎ Respond sharply to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches, coordinating with relevant authorities and assisting in evacuations if necessary.
∎ Ensure that no unauthorized attendants are allowed to visit the patients.
∎ Patrol the hospital premises to detect and deter any suspicious activity, ensuring a visible security presence.
∎ Controlling all types of vehicles entering and exiting the hospital lobby and parking areas.
∎ Take proper measures and maintain strict security protocol during unwanted situations like mob hysteria.
∎ Provide proper security protocol for VIP patients/visitors/guests.
∎ Conduct security training sessions for security guards and hospital staff on various security related subject.
∎ Document security incidents, observations and actions taken in detailed reports, maintaining accurate records for reference and analysis.
∎ Ensure proper system to control the entry of all types of goods, supplies and equipment inside the hospital.
∎ Prevent unauthorized goods or personnel from entering the hospital.
∎ Able to handle all MLC procedure.
∎ Ensure that the Visitors, Guests or Vendors are sent to the concerned departments/ individuals by issuing Visitor’s Pass.
∎ Maintain healthy relationship and good rapport with the local law enforcement agencies.
