• Must be Retired as a Sr. Warrant officers/ Warrant officers of Army, Navy, Air force and Ansar battalion.

• Garments related Experience candidate will prefer to apply.

• HSCSSC/ HSC / Bachelor degree in any discipline.

• Must have experience Reporting, Security related activities, Security Training Instructor, Strong problem solving skills.

• Ability to Security development training instructor.

• To oversee and implement overall Management of all Security Personnel of the Garments Industries.
• To train the new Security Guards and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the Company
• To supervise preparing duty rosters of the Security Guard and Security In charge at different projects and offices.
• To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely.
• Liaising with the emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
• Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
• Responding to emergency situations as they arise.
• Preventing and detecting offences on sites.
• Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter reserved company areas.
• Accurately updating administrative records and sheets.
• To enhance the morale of the Security Personnel.
• Accurately reporting all incidents to the Management.
• Any other task assigned by the Departmental Head time to time.
