Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to plan and implement the competency-based assessment system in Rohingya community and develop an e-assessment tool.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, design and implement the competency-based assessment system by aligning with the guideline. Review and develop the process of effective implementation through training and orientation.
∎ Maintain regular communication with GO, NGOs, and other stakeholders to get the ideas related to assessment, curriculum, and any changes in the education sector.
∎ Develop an e-assessment tool and implement this in the Rohingya community
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have facilitation skill as a trainer, report writing and research conduction skill including tools development and data analysis.
∎ Have clear knowledge of educational system and curriculum, pedagogical concept and clear perception of training related aspects.
∎ Hands on experince on event management, workshop, meeting and training coordination
∎ Proficient in MS Office
