Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for overall operations with ocean freight as the main Product ; To be responsible for the operational results and administration of all Containers services and network connections.
Responsible for planning, building the team and give proper training and task assignment to team members.
To monitor performance, analyze Profit margins of RFQ of each service contract.
To check Profit and loss (PNL) development of ocean products monthly.
Responsible for the quantity and quality, good performance in billing and job costing in ocean operations.
Responsible for the monthly performance data preparation and review.
To participate in meetings with the marketing/sales team for major trade lanes in cooperation with other company subsidiaries in the area/regional.
Work together with the sales team for customer relationship management and implementation of new service – customer implementation (non-complex).
Work closely with partners overseas to define necessary products to achieve the targets budgeted.
Vendor contract and performance review & work in accordance with the compliance rules and policies.
