  • Strong understanding of freight pricing, routing, and Incoterms
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience in international markets is a plus



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager/Manager Sales & Marketing to lead business development and revenue growth for our freight forwarding operations. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge in air and sea freight, excellent client management skills, and a proven track record in sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to grow the freight forwarding business
  • Generate new business opportunities in Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), and Project Cargo
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key clients and overseas agents
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and market analysis
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service excellence
  • Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events
