• Age At least 25 years

• 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models).
• Proven track record in remote project delivery, distributed team management, and virtual collaboration using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Office 365, ClickUp, and Miro.
• Strong knowledge of Product Backlog management techniques (story slicing, prioritization, refinement) and release management.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements to deployment.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and software quality assurance.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills, fostering continuous growth within teams.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments and drive focus toward delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities with a mindset for continuous improvement.

Bonus Skills

• Hands-on experience in Blockchain/DLT projects, including decentralized apps (dApps), smart contracts, and wallet integrations.
• Exposure to Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or Spotify model.
• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., fintech, insurtech) with compliance-driven processes.

Team Leadership & Coaching

• Coach 2–3 remote Agile teams through servant leadership, encouraging self-management, accountability, and collaboration.

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Actively remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and shield teams from external distractions.

• Guide Product Owners on effective backlog management, prioritization, and value delivery.

Agile Delivery & Process Excellence

• Ensure teams follow Agile best practices while tailoring approaches to fit team and project needs.

• Drive the adoption of metrics (velocity, lead time, cycle time, burn-down/burn-up charts) to improve transparency and predictability.

• Promote continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices in collaboration with DevOps.

• Support incremental delivery of features with a focus on business value and user needs.

• Ensure effective release planning and tracking aligned with product roadmaps.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a bridge between teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, goals, and progress.

• Facilitate cross-team collaboration across distributed and remote teams.

• Work closely with Product Owners, engineering leads, and business stakeholders to optimize value delivery.

• Contribute to Agile community of practice, sharing knowledge and improving organizational agility.
