  • Strong collaboration skills; experience working closely with engineering and design teams.

  • Proficiency in developing both text and multimedia documentation to support different user needs.

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, standards-compliant, and user-centric documentation.

  • Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, terminology, and formatting.A continuous improvement mindset, with contributions to enhancing tools, processes, and content strategy.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop comprehensive, accurate documentation that meets organizational standards and enhances the user experience.

  • Gain a deep understanding of products and services to translate technical details into polished, engaging content.

  • Write user-focused documentation that enables customers to succeed with our products.

  • Build and maintain detailed repositories of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications.

  • Evaluate existing documentation and propose innovative improvements.

  • Research, draft, edit, and maintain technical content in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Independently gather information from subject matter experts to create procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.

  • Manage documentation repositories; revise and centralize content for consistency and accessibility.

  • Develop and maintain content templates and information architectures that support scalability, legal standards, and data migration.

  • Create alternative content formats (visuals, diagrams, charts, animations, or videos) to maximize usability.

  • Standardize documentation across platforms and media, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and terminology.

  • Collect usability feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to refine documentation.

  • Proofread, edit, and revise documents to ensure readability, usability, and linguistic accuracy.

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver User Assistance (UA) materials according to project milestones.

  • Actively contribute to improving UA tools, processes, and standards across the organization.

  • Participate in cross-company initiatives to enhance content strategy and documentation practices.
