Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum BSc in CSE / EEE is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Using Agile methodology and scrum practices lead the development team
∎ Be the bridge between product owner and the development team to achieve customer satisfaction
∎ Remove blockers and coach the team on removing blockers
∎ Help the team to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
∎ Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
∎ Help the team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
∎ Support the product owner and provide education where needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
∎ Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
∎ Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
∎ Experience with successful Agile techniques
∎ Ability to work with and lead a team
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
∎ Ability to adapt to a changing environment
∎ Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
∎ Ability to meet deadline and assure quality with the team
∎ Ability to work under minimum supervision
∎ Deep understanding of engineering focused company-culture and policy
∎ Ability to understand engineering solutions and their technical depth
Salary: Negotiable
