Responsibilities & Context:
∎ - Distribution Partner Acquisition & Management:Identify and onboard new distribution partners (Franchisee/ Dealer/ Retailer) to expand market coverage.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
∎ - Revenue Generation & Growth: Drive revenue through distribution partners by optimizing sales strategies.Set and track sales targets, ensuring partners meet or exceed expectations.
∎ Implement incentive programs to motivate and enhance partner performance.
∎ Channel Strategy & Market Expansion:Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
∎ Provide training and support to channel partners on products, sales strategies, and branding guidelines.Ensure partners have the necessary resources and tools to succeed.
∎ Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Track and analyze channel performance metrics.
∎ Evaluate partner performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
∎ Contract & Compliance Management:Negotiate agreements with channel partners.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
∎ Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, finance and product teams to support channel initiatives. Align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
∎ We are looking for a Distribution Development Specialist to drive business growth by identifying, developing, and managing distribution partners. This role involves expanding the company’s market reach through strategic partnerships, improving channel performance, and ensuring sales targets are met. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of distribution sales, and the ability to execute business expansion strategies effectively.
