Job Description: Inovace Technologies Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive - Billing & Credit Control to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our finance department by managing invoicing, challan collection, and monthly subscription bill collection. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and issue accurate invoices to clients.
- Collect and process challans efficiently.
- Manage and follow up on monthly subscription bill collections.
- Maintain accurate records of billing and collections.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to reconcile accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries.
