Job Responsibilities:
∎ In depth knowledge & work experience on SAP Success factor Employee central module.
∎ Understanding of business processes related to Core HR functions.
∎ Strong experience in leading a team for the Employee central implementation project will be an added advantage.
∎ Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central will be preferable.
∎ The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
∎ Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.
∎ Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical persons.
∎ Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
∎ Processing and validating payroll data in the SAP payroll system, including employee time records, attendance, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and other payroll-related information.
∎ Ensuring compliance with keeping up-to-date with changes in tax laws and labor regulations to ensure accurate payroll tax calculations and deductions.
∎ Verifying the accuracy of employee data, such as personal information, tax details, bank account numbers, and benefits enrollment, in the SAP system.
∎ Collaborating with the HR team to ensure that employee benefits, such as healthcare, retirement plans, and other benefits, are accurately reflected in the payroll system.
∎ Generating payroll reports and providing analytical insights to HR and Finance teams, including payroll cost analysis, headcount reports, and related metrics.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Proven experience as payroll specialist or payroll manager.
∎ Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
∎ Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software.
∎ Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
∎ Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
∎ Interaction ability with various stakeholders, including HR personnel, finance teams, and employees.
