∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle overall process of Sample room activities within own capacity.
∎ To make sure all developments of patterns and samples are as per the customer requirements.
∎ Develop patterns (Cad and Manual) accurately.
∎ Calculate and provide consumptions accurately, efficiently and on-time.
∎ Make and maintain sample plans/schedules efficiently to submit all samples on time.
∎ Follow up and obtain all samples, patterns, markets and consumptions without any issues and delays.
∎ Following and executing the instructions provided by merchandisers and buyers.
∎ Responsible for Sample quality, construction & measurements.
∎ Check, verify and make sure all patterns, markers, and samples are correct.
∎ Ensuring cost reduction by reducing all kind of process loss & wastage like rejections, excessive work times, material and manpower utilizations.
∎ Establishing & maintaining operational guidelines, procedure & practices.
∎ Overseeing bulk production processes from fabric inspections to final inspection.
∎ Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.
∎ Feedback time to time to relevant merchandiser about any discrepancy/error found in sample/TP/pattern.
∎ Communicate with production team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.
∎ Make sure all communications done properly in the PP meetings.
∎ Develop samples and mockups with inivations to reduce cost, time and easy methods in bulk production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have high level experience with working on CAD.
∎ Must have proven experience and knowledge of pattern, marker and consumption also in manual.
∎ Must have enough proven experience on all kind of knit and woven garments.
∎ Must be able to read and understand tech packs of various buyers in order to provide accurate material usage (fabric & trims) for costing/order booking to the marketing & merchandising team.
∎ Must understand buyer comments to make necessary changes to initial samples so that all samples pass at one shot.
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Must have experience on handling Lectra/Winda
∎ Able to handle the dept. independently.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
∎ Must demonstrate an attitude of integrity, transparency, proactive stance and positive style.
∎ Computer skills in MS-Office, Windows XP, PowerPoint, and E-mail
∎ Good oral and written communication skill both in Bangla and English;
