Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training Program Development:
∎ Collaborate with sales leaders and conduct training needs assessments to determine skill gaps and areas for improvement to develop training programs that align with business objectives.
∎ Create and maintain a training curriculum for sales representatives, covering various aspects such as product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
∎ Design engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and other resources to facilitate effective learning.
∎ Training Delivery:
∎ Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
∎ Utilize various training methodologies, such as role-playing, case studies, and group activities, to facilitate learning and skill application.
∎ Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives to improve performance and enhance sales competencies.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback to continuously improve the training curriculum and delivery methods.
∎ Continuously update training materials and content to reflect changes in products, sales strategies, and market dynamics.
∎ Training Administration:
∎ Maintain training records and track the progress of individual sales representatives to ensure completion of required training.
∎ Manage training budgets, including the selection and procurement of training materials and resources.
∎ Sales Training Evaluation:
∎ Measure the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct post-training assessments and evaluations to gather feedback from participants and stakeholders.
∎ Generate reports and provide analysis on the success of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for future training efforts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field. A relevant professional certification is a plus.
∎ Proven experience in sales training, preferably in a managerial role.
∎ In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
∎ Strong instructional design and training delivery skills, utilizing a variety of training methodologies and tools.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire sales teams.
∎ Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess training needs, measure training effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple training initiatives.
∎ Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
∎ Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies is advantageous.
∎ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
