Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA)
∎ Development of training modules for training in both Bangla & English
∎ Propose yearly training and development programs and objective
∎ Prepare and implement annual training plan & budget
∎ Train the new employees who want to work in the sales field and teaches them different ways of selling products or services
∎ Train the employee about the different ways in which a salesman may have to act with different customers, depending on the nature of the customer
∎ Give the information regarding the product that the company is selling to the employees, so that the salesman knows about the correct selling points of the product
∎ Conduct the training at two levels; he may give training regarding basic sales skills or advanced sales techniques
∎ Use different innovative ideas for teaching sales techniques, so that a salesman can enjoy his work
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 6 years experience in FMCG sector where 2 years as Sales Trainer
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Should have strong analytical & problem-solving skills
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Good computer and presentation skills
∎ Report writing skills in English (Bengali would be appreciated)
∎ Planning and budgeting skills
Salary: Negotiable
