• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (Electronics / TV sales preferred)

• Prior experience in sales team handling or leadership will be an advantage

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a target-based environment

• Good communication skills in Bangla and English

• Basic computer skills including MS Office

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

• Set monthly and weekly sales targets and ensure target achievement

• Define and monitor KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for the sales team

• Track team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Actively participate in client handling, negotiation, and deal closing

• Monitor daily sales activities and follow up with team members

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
