We are now looking for a highly driven Sales Team Lead who can not only close deals but also build, lead, and scale a powerful sales team from scratch.
Role Overview
This is not just a sales role — this is a leadership position where you will take full ownership of building and managing a results-driven sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calling to acquire international clients
Handle lead collection and qualification (LinkedIn, Apollo, manual research)
Manage client onboarding process efficiently
Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
Develop sales scripts, SOPs, and calling strategies
Ensure consistent sales conversion and target achievement
Track team performance and provide detailed reports
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Cold Calling / International Sales
Fluent in English (both spoken and written at a professional level)
Strong track record with verifiable data (conversion rate, deals closed, revenue generated — will be checked)
Expertise in lead generation tools (Apollo, LinkedIn, CRM systems)
Excellent closing skills and objection handling
Prior experience in team leadership and management
Highly disciplined, committed, and ownership-driven mindset
