PulseGrid Digital is a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with international clients. We specialize in lead generation, cold calling, and high-conversion sales processes.

We are now looking for a highly driven Sales Team Lead who can not only close deals but also build, lead, and scale a powerful sales team from scratch.

Role Overview

This is not just a sales role — this is a leadership position where you will take full ownership of building and managing a results-driven sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to acquire international clients

  • Handle lead collection and qualification (LinkedIn, Apollo, manual research)

  • Manage client onboarding process efficiently

  • Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team

  • Develop sales scripts, SOPs, and calling strategies

  • Ensure consistent sales conversion and target achievement

  • Track team performance and provide detailed reports

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Cold Calling / International Sales

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written at a professional level)

  • Strong track record with verifiable data (conversion rate, deals closed, revenue generated — will be checked)

  • Expertise in lead generation tools (Apollo, LinkedIn, CRM systems)

  • Excellent closing skills and objection handling

  • Prior experience in team leadership and management

  • Highly disciplined, committed, and ownership-driven mindset
