Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
∎ Monitor sales team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and support.
∎ Ensure proper customer service and handle customer queries or complaints when necessary.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and submit to the management.
∎ Train new sales staff and develop their product knowledge and selling techniques.
∎ Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
∎ Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
∎ Visit outlets (if applicable) or manage online sales platforms when required.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and service guidelines.
