∎ Minimum HSC/ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Educational qualification is relaxable in case of experienced.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FMCG Sales & Marketing, sales and Distribution, Sales Marketing, Salesman
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve the daily/weekly/Monthly/Yearly sales & Collection Target.
∎ To visit & collect order from outlets according to daily route plan
∎ Tracking, recording & reporting sales on daily basis.
∎ Develop SR-Shopkeeper relationship
∎ Maintain distributors safety stock as organizations norms
∎ Execution of trade & consumer offer or other any trade marketing initiatives.
∎ To visit & Search new/potential dealers who are related to our products within the Territory daily basis.
∎ To create the new dealers as per given Target.
∎ Ensure Display/Merchandising in all outlets in his area
∎ To ensure the achievement of monthly planned sales targets by maintaining long-term relationships with retailers, stores, dealers, and distributors.
∎ To ensure good teamwork for achieving the various targets.
∎ To ensure the execution of promotional initiatives, marketing campaigns to boost sales and product visibility.
∎ Collect regular market insights and information on the products, competition, pricing, quality, distribution and dealer networks, etc., and report to the supervisor periodically.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having basic computer knowledge of MS-Word, MS- Excel will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
