∎ Skills Required: Field Sales, Guiding field staff in achieving their sales and collection target, Telemarketing and direct sales

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Field Sales, Sales & Marketing, Telecommunication Products & Services

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Represent ourselves as an ambassador of company in retail/ company market
∎ Generating leads
∎ Establish demonstration to present our product with retailers, customers, consumers, advocacy and reference groups.
∎ Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote product and services.
∎ Establish continuous product and market analysis & Daily, Monthly reporting on prescribed format.
∎ Attain monthly target and collection as assigned.
∎ Maintain accurate records & Share timely for taking necessary Steps.
∎ Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 16500 (Monthly)
∎ Performance bonus up to 8000/- will be provided, if employee can reach 100% sales target
