Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share.
∎ Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
∎ Product Promotion: Promote and sell our FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and other potential customers.
∎ Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
∎ Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas as set by the company.
∎ Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
∎ Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure product availability and alignment with promotional activities.
∎ Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
∎ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
∎ Skills: Strong sales skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in CRM software.
∎ Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry and market trends.
∎ Drive: Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
∎ Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
∎ Team Player: Collaborative spirit with the ability to work well with internal teams and external partners.
