• knowledge on finance and accounts related activities

• Ability to manage sales and distribution networks, to contribute effectively as part of a team

• Must have skill of multitasking

• Must have knowledge on MS word, MS-excel

• Willing to Work under pressure and challenging environment

• Must have skill in people management

• Ensure product availability and Product Merchandising in assigned outlets

• Collect demand from Outlet and submit the requisition through ERP

• Confirm GRN ( Good Received Note), calculate outlet wise dues, product requisition from DC to outlet and delivery support

• Received cash and cheque and deposit to Bank or Head Office

• Preserved party wise challan according to date for payment collection.

• Contact to costumers, informed products advantage and influence to product purchase during working time

• Accumulate competitor’s promo activity and others information on regular basis

• Keep update on any type of company circulation, price change letter, promotional communication and etc.

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
